i enjoyed my recent stay in clarksville. the queen suite was comfortable, and the wifi was surprisingly good. it exceeded my expectations, especially with clean bedding and nice towels, making my stay relaxing.

In my wife’s opinion, the cleanliness was poor. we found large stains and some facilities were broken. They should invest in better cleaning services, especially for families.

The room was nicely spacious, and the comfy beds made for a great night after our long drive. I really enjoyed relaxing by the pool and took advantage of the fitness center too. It was a bit of a hassle checking in since no one was at the front desk when we arrived, but overall, I had a wonderful stay! 😊

I appreciated the clean bedding and towels, as well as the reliable wifi and TV service during my stay. However, the overall cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired, including a strong odor and signs of pest issues. The lack of proper maintenance stood out as a significant issue that should be addressed.

Sticky floor made my stay uncomfortable while the kitchen had useful amenities.

The location is great, really close to everything. But the loud barking dogs all over were a bit much. 😅 No kitchen utensils either, which was disappointing.

Loved the comfy vibe. We checked out the nearby golf course and hit up a cool amusement park. Perfect for a weekend getaway! The rooms were clean, and we especially enjoyed the internet access.

One downside was the lack of variety in dining options nearby.

Comfortable suite, convenient location, with helpful staff assisting us during our stay and providing excellent service to make our visit enjoyable. plus, we appreciated the free parking and strong wi-fi to keep us connected while we were only 17 km from the nearest airport.

I booked a Queen Suite Non-Smoking for a week. The location is super convenient near major highways and plenty of food options. The price was also reasonable for the area. However, several issues really affected my stay. First, the cleanliness was a major concern. I encountered cockroaches in my room, which really made me uncomfortable. I didn't feel cleaned up for the entire duration of my stay because I found out the rooms are only serviced every two weeks. I could exchange linens at the front desk, but I expected a full cleaning more often, especially given the pest problem. The staff were friendly, and that did help ease some frustrations, but it wasn't enough to overcome the lack of cleanliness. I ended up feeling anxious about bringing bugs back home, so I stored my PlayStation 5 in my truck just to be safe. I think they need to improve on housekeeping frequency and pest control, as those are essential for a comfortable stay.

Arriving at midnight, I found no one at reception to assist, which was extremely frustrating after a long drive. The lack of support forced me to miss my reservation entirely, leaving my family without a place to rest. On the plus side, I appreciated the affordable prices and the friendly staff that I interacted with during my brief time at the hotel. Unfortunately, I was unable to enjoy any food options as I was unable to check in. This experience was disappointing overall.
